policy to provide our clients with products and services
which will fully meet their specified requirements and
expectations, and to comply with relevant regulations, codes
and standards. This Policy is implemented in all areas of
operations by:
• Maintaining the Quality Management system by meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2015
• Continually improving the effectiveness of our Quality management system.
• Ensuring that all our employees are well trained
• Ensuring a clear understanding of our client’s requirements.
• Responding to our client’s needs and expectations.
• Providing the resources to achieve our Quality Objectives.
• Enabling all our employees to meet our Quality requirements and striving to achieve good work the first time, every time and on time.
• Continually reduce quality risks and improve our quality performance through setting and reviewing of our Quality objectives and targets during strategic planning and management review.
Consistent with our Policy, specific Quality objectives are established at relevant functions and levels within BNT Masinga. The Management of BNT Masinga Trading and Projects is committed and active in the implementation and regular review of the Quality management system and the establishment of a corporate Quality climate, which encourages excellence through continuous improvement.
